Dr. Tad Baum is a board-certified Ophthalmologist in Leominster, MA. He has been in private practice since 1999 and in the Leominster location since 2004.  As a comprehensive Ophthalmologist he treats a variety of eye diseases including macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts. He is recognized by his patients and peers as being an excellent cataract surgeon. He also provides eye glasses prescriptions and wellness exams. Dr.  Baum treats patients in a professional and compassionate manner always focused on the best treatment plan for each patient.
